REVIEW: SNUFF – THERE’S A LOT OF IT ABOUT

And there it is, the new Snuff record There´s a lot of it about.
I was looking forward to it like a dutch on mayonese for his fries.
Because it took 6 years since they released  5-4-3-2-1-Perhaps! and the wait was definitely worth it. Because it is a real Snuff record, after all this years and their 12 released records they still stay true to their sound.

It’s the typical Snuff sound from the beginning through all the 12 tracks. Drums, vocals, guitar, bass, trombone and organ merged together to a very special 90’s sound. No sterile guitars, no pitched vocals, just a pure and lazy mixed band sounding brilliant!
Also the songs are totally what you expect. Fast punkrock ala Demmamussabebonk, but also songs like the first single of the new record dippy egg reminding me of the album Tweet Tweet My Lovely.

Another hit is the 5 minute track Gyoza and the acoustic closer Job and Knock.
A typical Snuff record which should definitely not be missed in your record collection.

Get it and listen to it on constant repeat, it’s a total banger!!!!!
